Method
- Prepare a 9x9 baking pan (Or any pan you can fit in the fridge) by lining it with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave at 20 sec intervals. Stirring between each interval.
- Spread the melted chocolate in the pan and set aside.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave at 20 sec intervals. Stirring between intervals.
- Add in the peppermint extract and mix well.
- Spread the white chocolate on top of the dark chocolate in your pan.
- Sprinkle the crushed candy canes on top and allow to set in the fridge.

Spicy Bark
- For a little boost, you can use spicy candy canes instead of regular ones to give your bark a bit of a bite! Mix and match flavors!
