Our comfort recipe for this month is Twice Baked P Our comfort recipe for this month is Twice Baked Potatoes from Diane! Check out the recipe on our website.

When winter is getting pretty harsh, I like to warm up the house and my belly with this easy-to-make potato recipe. You can dress it up as much as you like and it will always hit the spot. Baked potatoes are the ultimate comfort food, but when you bake them twice they get this extra bit of crisp that sends them over the top.
